The Salesforce Product Owner will act as a pivotal link between business teams and Salesforce development, ensuring maximized utilization of the SF MediaCloud platform.
- Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects.
- Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Provide hands-on support for Salesforce configuration and testing; assist in UAT planning and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform, aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with development teams and help prioritize features in alignment with product and tech roadmaps.
- Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) capabilities to influence future solutions.
- Support data quality initiatives, reports, and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner.
- Knowledgeable of the lead to cash process.

Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud declarative features.
- Proven experience gathering and translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
- Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications preffered.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks).
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Media Cloud or Salesforce Industries / Vlocity components (Omniscripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards).
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator / App Builder / Business Analyst.
