IIS Operations Specialist

salary: 136 pln/h + VAT

location: Warszawa/Gdańsk/Gdynia

mode: 3 days a week from the office

We are seeking an IIS Poland Operations Specialist with strong expertise in software delivery and incident management. The ideal candidate will adeptly support release management, monitor production environments, and troubleshoot issues effectively while exhibiting excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support for Release Management in deploying software to production.

• Monitor and resolve issues in the production environment.

• Conduct incident management and perform root cause analysis.

• Act as Level 2 support for incident handling.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in Docker

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Familiarity with Jenkins

• Proficient in Github/Bitbucket

• Experience with Kafka

• Understanding of SQL

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)

• Familiarity with cryptography (OpenSSL, keytool)

• Experience with secure communication (HTTPS)

• Proficient in logging (Splunk)

• Experience with metrics, monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana)

• Understanding of microservice architecture

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL
