Mission Context:

We are seeking an experienced HL7 Integrator to join our healthcare technology team. The mission is focused on integrating healthcare information systems using HL7 standards, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external platforms. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams located internationally, requiring strong technical and communication skills in English.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain HL7 integrations between healthcare systems.
• Analyze existing interfaces and propose improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
• Configure and troubleshoot HL7 interface engines.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and healthcare professionals to gather requirements and deliver high-quality integration solutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA where applicable).
• Monitor data flows and perform necessary debugging and optimization.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and support procedures.
• Provide technical support and training for internal teams when necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HL7 integration projects.
• Strong expertise in HL7 v2.x (knowledge of HL7 FHIR is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with integration engines (Mirth Connect preferred).
• Good understanding of healthcare information systems (EHR/EMR, LIS, RIS, PACS).
• Proficient in scripting and data transformation (JavaScript, XML, XSLT, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
• Ability to work efficiently with remote international teams.
