MS365 Consultant (Teams / SharePoint / Viva Engage)

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for MS365 Consultant (Teams / SharePoint / Viva Engage).

Your duties will include: 

• Leading the implementation of Microsoft Teams as a central integration point for the Digital Workplace

• Designing and implementing solutions based on SharePoint Online and Viva Engage (integrated with Teams)

• Analyzing the current client environment and recommending the target MS365 architecture

• Supporting data migration (including potential migration from Beekeeper)

• Configuring and integrating MS365 services into a cohesive collaboration ecosystem

• Providing post-implementation support (support & maintenance)

• Delivering trainings for end users and internal IT teams

• Preparing technical and user documentation

• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders

Requirements that must be met:

• Proven experience in delivering Microsoft 365 implementations (especially Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage)

• Hands-on experience as an implementation partner / consultant

• Ability to design Digital Workplace solutions based on MS365

• Experience with data migrations and transformation of communication platforms

• Experience in conducting trainings and workshops for clients

• Ability to prepare project and technical documentation

• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with migrations from tools such as Beekeeper or similar communication platforms
