A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Deskside Support would be:
Provide deskside support for incidents and service requests across IT and OT environments
Deliver hands-on, face-to-face support to end users, ensuring clear communication and resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and device-related issues
Support provisioning, configuration, and deployment of devices and applications
Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions within the service management tool
Collaborate with Service Desk and wider technical teams to ensure efficient escalation and resolution
Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation of recurring issues and solutions
Support onsite clinics and proactive user engagement where required
Requirements:
Experience in deskside or field support roles within enterprise environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS and end-user devices
Mobile device management (e.g., iOS/Android) expertise
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common enterprise applications
Basic networking concepts (connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Exposure to service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
Ability to work across both IT and operational technology environments (or willingness to learn quickly)
