Cloud Platform Engineer

Start: ASAP/Flexible

Contract: B2B, long term cooperation

Work model: 12 days from the Warsaw office per month

Project language: English/Polish

Business trips: to Denmark occasionally

Summary: Cloud Platform Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and operating database services on the Azure platform. This role supports the organization's cloud database strategy and assists in ensuring compliance with security measures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain database services on the Azure platform using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Build and deploy Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for database services.

• Establish and maintain security controls and guardrails for database services.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Document systems, processes, and best practices.

• Share knowledge of Azure and database management with team members.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in database administration, specifically with SQL Server.
