Introduction & Summary
Syensqo is building its digital organization, which entails significant change in processes, tools, and ways of working. We are seeking a Change Enablement Practice Owner to assist in managing these transitions effectively. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to structuring complex topics while supporting IT processes such as SAP change request management. This role requires a hands-on mentality and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing and enhancing IT process management, focusing on SAP change request governance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and advance projects.
- Create and sustain clear documentation, including process descriptions and how-to guides.
- Support change management initiatives to help teams adopt new methodologies.
- Contribute to digital projects by managing planning, coordination, and follow-up.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in IT and digitalization projects.
- Familiarity with IT operations within larger organizations, including key ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable working in an international setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with external IT service providers.
- Knowledge of budgeting and governance in IT build and run activities.
