Business Analyst BPR - Arabic Speaker

Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on driving business transformation initiatives through deep analysis of processes and customer experiences. This position is integral in bridging the gap between technology and user needs in both public and private sectors, particularly in the UAE.

Main Responsibilities:

• Draft user journeys and define user personas.

• Document customer experiences and business processes.

• Conduct Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and optimize business workflows.

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document business rules.

• Utilize ARIS for process modeling and Figma for UI design.

• Manage end-to-end business analysis activities, from requirements gathering to implementation.

• Collaborate in a digital transformation environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Proven experience in digital transformation projects, especially in UAE.

• Experience drafting user journeys and defining personas.

• Strong expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

• Proficiency in ARIS for process modeling.

• Strong experience with Figma for UI/UX design.

Nice to Have:

• Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt).

• TOGAF or Business Process Management (BPM) certification.

• ARIS Certification.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Experience in big four or large system integrators.
