We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of global Employee Services platforms within a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, UX designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions supporting employee and workplace services across multiple business functions and system integrations.
The position requires strong experience in requirements engineering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and Agile delivery. Experience working with ServiceNow-based solutions and large-scale international organizations will be considered a strong asset.
You're ideal for this role if you:
Have 3–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT, digital transformation, or enterprise application projects.
Have proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and refining business requirements.
Are skilled in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
Have experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technical domains.
Have a strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe.
Have experience working within complex enterprise ecosystems involving multiple systems, integrations, and stakeholder groups.
Are comfortable facilitating workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and backlog refinement meetings.
Have experience collaborating with UX designers and validating user journeys, wireframes, and solution concepts.
Are familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Communicate effectively in English and thrive in international and cross-functional environments.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Supporting the Product Owner in gathering, analyzing, and refining business requirements.
Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
Translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Managing and refining the product backlog together with Product Owners and development teams.
Facilitating backlog refinement sessions and supporting Agile ceremonies.
Collaborating with UX designers on user flows, wireframes, and solution designs.
Reviewing UX deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
Documenting business processes, system functionalities, business rules, and solution requirements.
Maintaining project documentation within Jira and Confluence.
Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Supporting the analysis of integrations and dependencies across enterprise systems.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to business analysis practices, delivery processes, and product quality.
