We are a FinTech product company - a web platform that supports every 2nd mortgage in the United States. We are based in California, with branches in Poland, India and Belarus. For our location in Bielsko-Biała, we are looking for people who want to become completely new scrum teams (in a "Spotify Model" - google it!), which will deal with the development of products previously created only in the United States. Primary Responsibilities & Objectives
- Be an active participant in planning and designing product features with the ability to view the product from a customer perspective
- Develop, update, maintain and execute E2E automated tests (with small exposure to manual as well)
- Review and triage test failures and verify fixes
- Work with team to analyze code coverage using industry-standard tools
- Enhance and extend test automation libraries and frameworks
- Build testing tools, mock services
- Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Work with a minimum of technical supervision
- Stay current with the latest engineering technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze requirements, develop a test plan/strategy, create and execute test cases, track defects and report results
- Experience in both manual and automated testing as both of them are performed on daily bases ( 30% - 70%)
- Expert knowledge of OOP languages: Java or C#/C++
- Selenium
- Knowledge of UI, API, REST, SOAP testing
- Jenkins, Github
- Self-motivated, able to learn and research independently
- Ability to innovate and optimize
Strong plus:
- Experience with AWS, databases, Security and Performance testing
- Knowledge of TestNG, UFT/QTP, Appium
