Job description
For one of our programs devoted to implementation and rollouts of a Billing application throughout DPD Countries we are seeking a Project Manager.
Job Summary
Working as Person holding this position will be responsible for activities such as:
- Agile Project Team management within larger Program (international)
- project plan management in line with Program requirements
- monitoring and control over project progress
- budget management and meeting DPDgroup reporting requirements
- achieving deliverables in time and ensuring their quality
- close cooperation with internal customers to address their requirements within the agreed project scope
- project risk and issue management
- proactive approach in optimizing team efficiency
- close cooperation with Program Manager in order to achieve Program goals
Requirements
We expect you to have:
- at least 3 years of experience in IT Project Management (and high motivation to work in the area)
- practical knowledge of Agile methodology, especially practical experience in managing an Agile team (continuous work on optimizing the value of the team's work)
- good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level at minimum)
- very good organizational skills
- pro-active approach
- the ability to work with several projects in parallel
- the ability to work individually and in a team
- a mindset to overcome an obstacle
- experience and related skills in contact with senior management
- knowledge regarding confluence and Jira
- Excel knowledge at an advanced level (to build budget, pivot tables etc., create reports analyse reports, and charts)
- PowerPoint knowledge
- ability to travel
