Salary ranges

B2B: 70 - 90 PLN/h net + vat

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in the IT services industry.
• A strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodologies and solid knowledge of key industry concepts such as T&M, Fixed Price, Critical Path, Change Requests, SLAs, etc.
• A genuine interest in data, charts, and reporting — and the ability to clearly summarize current status and upcoming plans.
• A track record of reliability and attention to detail — people can count on you not just to get things done, but to do them right.
• Strong interpersonal skills — you’re confident, approachable, and adaptable when working with different business stakeholders, helping everyone stay aligned and move forward.
• Fluent English (C1) for effective client and internal communication.

Scope of responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end: discovery, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks (and occasional fires)
• Communicate with our internal team, brainstorm ideas, enable engineers to solve and consult on client’s challenges;
• Create a smooth and transparent communication platform between stakeholders and development teams.
• Create reports, summaries, charts to track performance both internally and externally.
• Support agile processes, managing priorities, workloads, and workflows.
• Maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Become a part of a Delivery Department with the great opportunity to grow among seasoned PMs and Delivery Mangers;
