    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CMDB and ITSM Specialist to join our ITSM team. The successful candidate will support requests from the organization in relation to the service-desk system and CMDB. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their skills and grow within the IT service management field.

    What tasks are waiting for you?

     

    • Provide end-user support, including managing incidents and handling minor change management tasks. 
    • Perform administrative updates, such as user and group management and updating data in the CMDB.
    • Generate and deliver reports.


    Apply if you:

     

    • have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • have minimum of 1 year of experience with ITSM or CMDB system support or IT Support roles.
    • it will be an asset if you have previous experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms but it is not mandatory.
    • are detail-oriented and proficient in structured data management and end-user support.
    • are a good communicator to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • are a team-player that cares about contributing to the mutual success.
