YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a person responsible for world-class IT product training and certification to partners and customers. This person will be responsible for all phases of designing and delivering DataWalk’s Academy resources intended for end-users (business users, analysts, etc.)  


The training and certification will cover topics like the configuration of the DataWalk system and its functionalities and ‘higher level’ topics related to using DatWalk functionalities and its business applications.


YOUR TASKS

  • Providing on-site and remote training to partners and customers,
  • Preparing training and certification materials, including training movies and other DataWalk Academy content,
  • Performing all administrative duties associated with conducting training and certification. This includes conducting all pre-training prep work, administering learning schedules and calendars, maintaining participant records, performing all required prerequisite requirements and post-training duties and ensuring learning is evaluated with post-training surveys,
  • Handling certification for DataWalk partners; creating learning materials, practice scenarios and exams. Being responsible for  the certification process
  • Being involved in managing and implementing improvements for training and documentation tools, 
  • Gathering feedback from partners and customers about training and certification improvements,
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in English (C1 level),
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to explain clearly,
  • Talent and experience with training preparation and delivery, optionally: service delivery, customer support or project management,
  • Advanced IT understanding & PC experience, good technical skillset,
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize workload, 
  • Great sense of responsibility, sense of urgency, good time management,
  • Self-starter able to work independently,
  • Two years or more with a similar role.
