The team is committed to the development of zero-emission electric mobility by working on intelligent and efficient solutions.
Customer Support Specialist (2nd line)
Your responsibilities:
- Support customers in the E-mobility sector in mainly EMEA countries (Europe, Middle East, Africa) – provide support for the operating of charging stations and networks
- Share knowledge and maintain solutions for the local service teams
- Take responsibility for problems that have passed through the 1st line of support and need to be resolved
- Analyse and troubleshoot
- If necessary - pass the case on to the 3rd line of support
Your background:
- 1-2 years of experience in support positions (energy, telecom, IT & computer hotlines experience preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
- You have practical experience with Linux (and Bash is as a nice-to-have)
- You can easily communicate in English (B2/C1)
- Communication is your strong point and you have no problem explaining difficult issues to others
