Our teams work according to a well-defined methodology that manages and controls software and product development using iterative, incremental practices.
We are expanding our teams constantly. If you run IT projects in the scrum methodology for a minimum of four years, you can coordinate the entire project cycle yourself and want to develop projects from our industry, and you are a team player ready to exceed our clients’ expectations, then this might be a job for you.
Due to the business nature, we need you to be in the office (Cracow, Zabłocie) a few times a month and that is why our preferred location is Cracow. But if you are from Silesia, Lesser Poland or i. e. Warsaw and you are willing to visit us from time to time - don't hesitate to join us!

About product:
- Platform for electromobility and renewable energy
- Facilitating deployment of solar panel farms and energy storage
- Initial implementation for key customer in 2021
- Setting up a going global strategy for 2022
- Cross-functional team of engaged technical and business experts (12 people)
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- third level on Product Owner Maturity scale (Business Representative)
- optimizing product business value for Shareholders
- co-creating product vision and business strategy
- engaging key stakeholders and building relationships to sustain smooth collaboration
- building product roadmap and release plan in accordance with business objectives
- supporting new business development and sales opportunities of your product
- translating product roadmap into deliverable product backlog
- supporting Delivery Team to stay in line with business needs
- collaborating with Delivery Team on a daily basis
- looking for processes improvements
- defining and monitoring key product metrics
- being eager to become a business expert in green energy industry
- support inception of new product department by innovative ideas
APPLY IF YOU HAVE
- at least 3 years of work experience as Product Owner / Product Manager or similar business role
- drive to get things done and take ownership with positive and collaborative attitude
- strong experience in maximizing business value for Stakeholders
- very good negotiation skills
- experience in creating product vision, roadmap, and determining KPIs, OKRs, metrics
- ability to learn a new business domain and build subject matter expertise fast
- experience in requirements gathering and prioritization
- good experience in Agile
- very good command of English with effective business communication skills
