This role involves facilitating the transition from the 'build' phase to the 'run' phase of various projects within a global automotive company. The ideal candidate will leverage robust communication skills, be results-driven, and demonstrate a rigorous and autonomous approach.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in collaborating with external companies such as integrators or Application Management Services (AMS), ensuring the delivery of quality services.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the transition of projects from the build phase to operational status.
Coordinate with external service providers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Manage stakeholder communications throughout project lifecycle.
Conduct regular assessments of project outcomes and operational efficiency.
Implement ITIL practices to enhance service delivery standards.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in managing build and run projects, especially within IS and IT Operations domain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ITIL certification is mandatory.
Familiarity with the project lifecycle.
Experience working with external integrators or AMS.
Experience or knowledge in SAP is a plus.
Fluency in French is required.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with project management tools.
