- Passionate team player with few years of experience on a management or leadership-related positions in software development sector
- Someone with a vision and power to create, manage and optimise a team of engineers
Responsibilities
- Defining, implementing and optimising a structure of development team (that consist of developers, product owners, QA engineers and product designers)
- Managing personal development of every engineer in development team
- Managing and optimising resource allocation
- Defining recruitment plans
- Supporting recruitment processes
- Taking care of tools and hardware used by development team
