NOTICE: ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
LOCATION: KRAKÓW (hybrid work)

SALARY: 5000-10000 PLN gross/monthly (depends on experience) 

Brainly’s IT Specialist, based in our Krakow office (hybrid work), is a member of the Office Infrastructure Team within the IT Department in Brainly. The Team is responsible for hardware, software, and network management, including setup, maintenance, budget, license management, projects, security, and access control that enables world-class digital collaboration for Brainly employees. The newly hired employee will focus on requests triage & providing employee support as the first point of contact and will contribute to building automated solutions in the customer support area.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Providing great customer service for our employees as a first point of contact via Service desk and other support channels
  • Resolving and proceeding with IT service requests and incidents based on priorities provided (hardware and software
  • General IT access management (applications, systems)
  • General IT hardware, network infrastructure support, and inventory management
  • Maintaining and creating required documentation and procedures

 
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

Required
  • Excellent written and conversational communication skills in English and Polish (native or certified C2 level)
  • Experience working in technical customer support (min. 6 months)
  • Access management / IT administration working experience
  • Service Desk ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace administration
  • IT certificates
Preferred
  • Experience working in the international environment
  • ITIL methodology knowledge
  • IT procurement experience
  • Knowledge of Identity and access management (e.g., Okta) 
  • Experience in Atlassian software (Jira Service Desk/Management, Confluence, add-ons)
  • Knowledge of Apple operating system, applications, and computer hardware
