Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the whole QA company's domain
- Building automated testing environment from scratch
- Integrating this environment with CI/CD pipelines and our SDLC
- Preparing test plans and strategies according to best known standards
- Supervisioning test executions and providing reports to the business and development parties
- Joining our internal business and development worlds, providing dedicated solutions, reports and feedback
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of manual and automated testing best practice techniques and processes
- Experience in testing: mobile application, web application, API
- Expert knowledge of tools used in mentioned testing approaches, for example: Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Gatling, Postman, CI/CD
- Experience in writing mocks, stubs and mimicking the production endpoints
- Experience in working with databases during automatic tests execution
- Experience in integration of automated tests into CI / CD pipelines
- Analytical skills to identify problems within complex environment
- Critical thinker
Nice to have:
- Experience in testing: performance, security, contract, transactional platforms
- Working experience with Agile, TDD and ATDD/BDD
- Messaging and streaming technology (RabbitMQ, JMS, Kafka …)
