Senior Test Automation Engineer

We have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Test Automation Engineer who will assume responsibility for ensuring the smooth deployment and running of our nBrace™ Inter-party Automation software solutions for our customers. The candidate must be self-motivated, self-driven, and hands-on. They will work with different stakeholders/teams, both within our product group and our customers.

This is an opportunity to make your mark and shape the delivery-at-scale of an innovative product suite to a rapidly increasing customer base.

TECHNOLOGY:

Python, JSON, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, XML, YAML, SOAP, GitLab, CI/CD, Jira, regression testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, Postman, PyTest, BDD

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 4+ years of experience on similar position
2. Good knowledge of Python
3. Working knowledge of JSON, REST, Kubernetes, Docker and AWS
4. Proficiency in parsing data structures technologies - XML, JSON (with XPATH or JSONPATH), and YAML
5. Familiarity with Git, GitLab, CI/CD, Postman, and Pipelines in the context of software development.
6. Hands-on experience in various testing methodologies, including regression testing, integration testing, acceptance testing
7. Ability to work from Jira story tickets.
8. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
9. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
10. Fluent in English, written and spoken.
11. Proven experience working with Agile methodologies

4. Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and Groovy language
5. Experience in performance testing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work collaboratively within a cross-functional DevOps model to ensure seamless integration of development and operations processes.
2. Take ownership of maintaining stable end-to-end CI/CD test pipelines, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the continuous integration and deployment processes.
3. Report, track, and drive the closure of defects identified during end-to-end testing, actively contributing to the improvement of overall system quality.
4. Collaborate with teams operating across different time zones, fostering effective communication and cooperation.
5. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and remotely, showcasing self-motivation and proficiency with limited supervision.
6. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interaction within the team and with external stakeholders.
7. Actively contribute as a team player, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting the overall success of the team and projects
8. Manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
