We are looking for Jira & Confluence Administrator ready to share and grow
Position is based in Warsaw office. Candidate will be part of Shared Platforms and Devops department. Our main goal is to provide best suited and configured solutions for mainly IT in BEC organization.
As a team, we have a chance to work with representatives from whole company. Starting from developers, through managers and directors, ending on employees responsible for BEC wide initiatives and risks.
What you will work with
In this position you will work closely with your team, Product Owners and Management. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Administer JIRA, Confluence, on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide SME support to internal development teams working within standardized way (eg. Agile)
- Maintain and configure Jira Software, Jira Service Desks, and Confluence.
- Create custom workflows, security schemes, post functions, and validators, make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.
- Use ScriptRunner to extend functionality.
- Document and communicate upcoming functionally releases and upgrades to the users.

Experience with:
- Jira and Confluence (basic and advanced functionalities)
- Knowledge of Atlassian REST API’s
- Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Product and Software development methods
