SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
Location: 100% remote (within Poland)
Start: ASAP (up to 1-month notice period accepted)
Languages: German B2+, English (Polish not required)
About the project
International manufacturing company. The role focuses on SAP HCM, specifically German payroll operations and support.
Responsibilities
Handling and tracking incidents, HOT fixes, and change requests
Working within SAP HCM PY (Germany Payroll) and SAP HCM PA modules
Analyzing business requirements and implementing solutions in SAP
Payroll configuration (schemas, rules, functions)
Supporting testing and preparing technical documentation
Managing system updates and corrections (OSS notes, HRSP, SPDD/SPAU)
Troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues
Communicating with the client and internal project teams
Requirements
Minimum 3 or 4 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
Strong expertise in German payroll (key requirement)
Hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration (PY/PA)
Knowledge of German payroll regulations and processes (ELStAM, DEÜV, rvBEA, etc.)
German at min. B2 level and good command of English
Strong communication skills and experience working with clients
