SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)

Location: 100% remote (within Poland)
Start: ASAP (up to 1-month notice period accepted)

About the project

International manufacturing company. The role focuses on SAP HCM, specifically German payroll operations and support.

Responsibilities

• Handling and tracking incidents, HOT fixes, and change requests

• Working within SAP HCM PY (Germany Payroll) and SAP HCM PA modules

• Analyzing business requirements and implementing solutions in SAP

• Payroll configuration (schemas, rules, functions)

• Supporting testing and preparing technical documentation

• Managing system updates and corrections (OSS notes, HRSP, SPDD/SPAU)

• Troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues

• Communicating with the client and internal project teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 or 4 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant

• Strong expertise in German payroll (key requirement)

• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration (PY/PA)

• Knowledge of German payroll regulations and processes (ELStAM, DEÜV, rvBEA, etc.)

• German at min. B2 level and good command of English

• Strong communication skills and experience working with clients
