Our Tech department is the driving force behind one of the most successful start-ups in Europe in the last 7 years. In our headquarters in Berlin and our Tech Hubs in Katowice and Szczecin, we have innovative and driven teams that are using cutting-edge technologies to redefine the used car market.
The Api Team ensures that our Partners can seamlessly integrate with the products which Auto1 Platform is offering. Currently our REST API allows for auction and classifieds management but there is way more to come. Therefore we’re looking for experienced backend developers who will help us with extending and maintaining our APIs.
Your new role
- Onboard new customers and work cross-functionally with Business Development and Operations to ensure that the scope of the integration and value expectations are aligned from the beginning
- Work closely with the partner’s business and technical stakeholders, supporting them at all stages of the journey from the initial demo to ongoing support
- Proactively monitor and engage partners to drive increased value from the AUTO1 API suite
- Know AUTO1 API solutions inside out, as well as key products on the market
- Be our partner’s voice inside AUTO1, collaborating closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
Your skills
- Ability to understand technical challenges and APIs, work with complex data models, effectively communicate with development teams, and make educated trade-offs
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solution Engineer, or similar.
- You are an excellent communicator and can easily get your point across to both technical and non-technical audiences, in fluent English (any other major European language is a plus)
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively with a high volume of competing requests
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
