    The person hired for the position will be responsible for: 
    路         1st line support and advisory of international customers 
    路         The receipt of issues reported by users, concerning the operation or interpretation of one or more information systems 
    路         The coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress 
    路         Keeping users appraised of progres
    路         Fluent German (min.C1) English (min. B2)
    路         Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office 
    路         Interest in IT and willingness to learn 
    路         Teamwork skills 
    路         Responsibility 
    路         Communicativeness 
    路         The accuracy and commitment to work 
    路         The ability to act swiftly and make decisions 
    路         Good organization of work 
    路         TOEIC certification would be a plus 
    路         Ability to work in shifts
