Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP Security / IDM Team.
- Ensure the SAP Authorizations and IDM follows the SAP recommendation and standards.
- Ensure on time delivery for SAP Security related activities specifically in the roll-in area.
- Work actively with the team and be a role model in professional delivery and stake holder management.
- Report on defined measurable KPI's.
- Ensure team follow SOX and SOD standards and recommendations.
- Collaborate with business process owners and process teams to understand their business requirements.
- Actively stimulate innovations and Continues Improvement practices.
- Charter and supervise major enhancement projects in SAP Security and IDM area.
- Manage the cooperation with external suppliers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technologies or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience IDM and SAP Authorizations.
- Good knowledge of newest SAP security technologies and procedures within an international company with complex system environment on a global scale (SAP ECC / CRM / HCM / GRC / EP / PO / HANA).
- Good understanding of SOX compliance and SOD.
- Knowledge of various audit and security controls.
- Experience in managing an international team distributed different locations.
- Ablity to motivate and encourage people for going an extra mile and be passionate.
- Good communication skills with a high degree of independence and self-reliant way of working.
- Ability to work in a global matrix environment (cultural awareness).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
