SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) support team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Offboarding modules. Experience in other SuccessFactors modules is also appreciated. The consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring stable operations and enhancing system capabilities through AI features.

Main Responsibilities:

The consultant will be tasked with ensuring the efficient operations of the SuccessFactors system with a focus on:

• Dedicating daily AMS support for Employee Central, Onboarding, and Offboarding modules.

• Providing operational support for other SuccessFactors modules.

• Documenting and reporting activities, issues, and resolutions.

• Ensuring knowledge transfer and collaboration within teams.

• Contributing to implementation projects, including design and deployment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Onboarding, and Offboarding.

• Strong understanding of AI capabilities within SuccessFactors.

• Familiarity with integration processes between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA payroll systems.

• Experience with PowerDocs and xECM.

• Demonstrated ability to engage in implementation projects.

• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules beyond Employee Central.

• Experience in international projects or teams.
