Technical Account Manager
About the role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical point of contact for our largest global FMCG clients. You will engage in substantive technical discussions, represent multiple internal teams, and drive alignment between client business/technical requirements and our product architecture.
Our products include mobile applications (iOS & Android) and SaaS platforms deployed in complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with our internal architects and engineering teams — the goal is to keep technical conversations moving, not to have all the answers yourself.
What you will do
Act as the dedicated technical representative of Asseco Business Solutions to strategic FMCG clients, covering ongoing implementations and planned enhancements
Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and integration design sessions
Maintain integration diagrams, system documentation, and interface specifications
Address client questions on API design, async processing, integration patterns (event-driven vs. REST), rate limiting, and data latency — engaging architects when needed, but owning the conversation
Validate UI/UX proposals from a data and integration feasibility perspective, identifying gaps and hidden complexity early
Serve as a consistent point of contact across checkpoint meetings, reducing dependency on engineering for recurring queries
Proactively flag architectural risks and propose solutions aligned with scalability and standardization goals
What we require
Background in solutions architecture, or technical consulting — you must be comfortable discussing API design, system integration, and infrastructure
Some of our products have been developed and refined over many years — we value engineers and partners who see depth and stability as an asset, not a limitation
Working knowledge of: REST APIs and integration patterns, mobile application architecture (iOS/Android), cloud/SaaS infrastructure (Azure), system performance and security fundamentals
Experience producing integration diagrams, technical specifications, and architecture documentation
English and Polish at B2 level or above — written and spoken; daily technical discussions with international enterprise clients
Strong communication skills — able to translate complex technical topics for both technical and business audiences
Nice to have
Experience in the FMCG or retail technology sector
Familiarity with middleware, connector frameworks, or enterprise interoperability standards
Experience working with global enterprise clients
