Configuration Manager

How you will make an impact

As Configuration Manager, you have the primary responsibility for driving the Configuration Management agenda in Arla IT and maintaining information about configuration Items required to deliver IT services. Secondly, you will support the rest of the team on securing operational stability of IT services by, for example, participating in Change Management on duty. 

Heading the Configuration Management agenda includes tasks as:

• Identifying drivers and requirements for Configuration Management Database
• Driving the transition and thereby enabling value from Configuration Management Database
• Continuously improving the efficiency of Configuration Management framework
• Driving the Configuration Management process and procedures and handle new requirements to data
• Supporting the Data Governance journey in Arla IT

You bring knowledge from a similar role within Configuration Management role where you are familiar with the Common Service Data model and carry a broad knowledge within IT; e.g. infrastructure, application and network. You have insights within one or more of the following areas: Modelling data, Abstract thinking, ServiceNow ITSM tool, and you possess a general understanding of the ITIL practices. Working agile and/or hybrid is common for you, - with a high focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
