IT Graduate Programme
The Arla IT Graduate Programme is a two-year international programme designed for graduates starting their careers in technology. Participants work on engineering projects while collaborating with global IT teams across Arla.
During the programme you gain experience in areas such as:
• software development
• enterprise platforms and integrations
• data and analytics
• cloud infrastructure
Graduates work with technologies used across the organisation.
The programme combines hands-on project work, mentorship and exposure to international teams, helping graduates build a strong foundation for a career in technology.
