Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with expertise in data analytics, data mining, and a strong background in applying artificial intelligence (AI) to develop solutions in text and speech analysis, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and business process optimization. Experience in process mining will be a great asset.

Your responsibilities:

·      Design, development, and deployment of advanced data science (ML/AI) models to solve complex business challenges.

·      Develop process mining solutions for the identification, monitoring, and optimization of business processes.

·      Implement AI-based document and speech analysis solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art AI models.

·      Integrate various machine learning algorithms into business systems to enhance process efficiency and productivity.

If you possess..

·      Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

·      Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data mining, and machine learning.

·      Proven experience in applying AI to develop text and speech analysis solutions.

·      Experience in business process optimization using data science techniques.

·      Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms.

·      Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

·      Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.

·      Strong communication skills

·      Previous experience in Process Mining methodologies and will be a great asset

·      Experience in applying AI and data science to enhance business process optimization.

·      Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their machine learning services.

·      Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
