We are looking for a Financial Accountant who will coordinate accounting activities in Poland and ensure accurate financial data for KMS Technology’s management reporting. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between the external accounting provider and internal stakeholders, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting processes.


You will be responsible for aligning local accounting data with group reporting requirements, including postings and adjustments in NetSuite (KMS), as well as supporting month-end closing and monitoring cash flow. Working closely with international teams across Vietnam and Poland, you will help ensure smooth financial operations and drive continuous improvements in accounting and reporting processes.



🚀 Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate accounting activities between the external accounting provider in Poland and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting data and processes

  • Validate and align local accounting data with group reporting requirements

  • Review and post selected transactions and adjustments in NetSuite (KMS)

  • Reconcile general ledger balances and investigate discrepancies

  • Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure proper recording

  • Support month-end closing process and prepare financial reports

  • Provide accurate financial data for internal and group reporting purposes

  • Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations

  • Support payment processes and ensure cash availability

  • Reconcile differences between local statutory books and NetSuite

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies

  • Support audits and cooperate with external auditors

  • Identify and implement improvements in accounting and reporting processes

  • Support system updates and coordination with IT (NetSuite)

🎯 What you'll need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations; experience with US GAAP is preferred

  • Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite) and Microsoft Office tools; experience with NetSuite is highly desirable

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

  • Good communication skills in English (C1)
