Product Designer

(part-time project)

We are looking for a Product Designer, interested in short part-time project for our client from e-commerce sector.

You’ll join a team working on HQ/Store-related solutions, focused primarily on SaaS products.

The current project involves building a centralized document repository (ECM-class system) aimed at:

• integrating distributed data sources

• organizing digital and digitized documents

• creating a consistent environment for document management

 The team is currently at the POC stage, so you’ll have a real impact on shaping the product direction.

Start: ASAP

 Duration: 3–4 months with the possibility of extension

 Model: 100% remote, part-time 

Tasks 

• leading the full design process (discovery → delivery)

• identifying business problems and translating them into product solutions

• designing UX/UI in Figma (from low- to high-fidelity, ready for development)

• facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders

• planning and conducting research (including usability testing)

• presenting concepts, insights, and progress

• working closely with developers

Expectations 

• at least 5-7 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer (senior level)

• ability to independently run the full design process

• strong skills in discovery and stakeholder collaboration

• experience designing complex systems (SaaS / enterprise is a plus)

• solid proficiency in Figma and tools like Miro

• confidence in making and justifying design decisions

• Polish required

• English min. B2 level
