eTMF Business Analyst

For our client operating in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an experienced eTMF Business Analyst to join the team responsible for the eTMF and related clinical documentation systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise within the eTMF / Clinical Management System domain, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive initiatives independently in a highly regulated environment.

Work mode: 100% Remote

Tasks

• Work with the eTMF and related clinical management systems.

• Apply domain expertise in eTMF/Clinical Management System environments.

• Use hands-on knowledge of eTMF features such as document ingestion, metadata, workflows, and audit trails.

• Support solution discovery by proposing pragmatic and compliant options.

• Perform impact analyses and contribute to cost/effort/value assessments.

• Use a hypothesis-driven approach to frame problems and design lightweight pilots/experiments.

• Iterate on solutions using measurable outcomes.

• Apply a data-driven approach by using metrics and data extracts to validate problems, prioritize fixes, and measure improvements.

• Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews to uncover problems, root causes, and desired outcomes.

• Lead communications, training, and change adoption activities for assigned initiatives.

• Deliver work independently with end-to-end ownership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an eTMF Business Analyst.

• Solid hands-on experience with Veeva systems, preferably Veeva eTMF or similar eTMF/Clinical Management platforms.

• Practical knowledge of eTMF functionalities, including:

  • document ingestion

  • metadata management

  • workflows

  • audit trails

• Understanding of clinical trial processes (strong advantage but can be learned on the job).

• Fluent English
