Senior Business Analyst

About the Client

Our client is a leading international bank delivering advanced digital solutions and enterprise systems supporting financial services. You will join a cross-functional IT team working on integration-heavy projects in a distributed systems environment.

What you will do

• Validate business requirements (functional and non-functional) in collaboration with internal stakeholders• Design system integrations using UML diagrams (use case, sequence, activity, component diagrams)• Prepare detailed integration specifications using tools such as Swagger• Collaborate closely with architects and developers to define technical solutions• Coordinate technical and project dependencies across multiple IT teams• Perform initial integration testing and support defect analysis• Participate in Agile ceremonies (SCRUM) and contribute to iterative delivery

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in IT projects• Strong experience in requirements analysis and system modeling• Good understanding of integration concepts (Web Services, Microservices, SOA)• Practical knowledge of UML and experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect or PlantUML• Experience working with MS SQL• Understanding of distributed systems architecture• Higher education degree (IT, economics, or related fields)• Good English communication skills (B2/C1, spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or insurance projects• Familiarity with Kibana and Grafana

• Willingness to learn and continuously develop skills• Strong communication and teamwork abilities• Good organization, independence, and attention to detail
