Project Overview

We are looking for a specialist who combines technical expertise with the ability to understand business needs. The role covers the full project lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

The main focus areas include SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including collaboration solutions, business process automation, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements; collaborate closely with business stakeholders

• Design solution architecture within Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online

• Develop and maintain SPFx solutions (web parts, extensions) and related M365 services

• Configure and implement SharePoint Online environments and governance elements

• Deliver solutions using both configuration and custom development

• Automate business processes using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) (if applicable)

• Integrate systems via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps)

• Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices

• Prepare technical documentation, support end users, and ensure quality delivery in an international environment

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer / Consultant

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: administration, configuration, implementation

• Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured technical solutions

• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)

• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing collaboration

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Experience with system integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST API)

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, SharePoint, Microsoft 365)

• Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD tools for Microsoft 365
