Product Manager (Product Finance / Data Platform)

We are looking for a Product Manager for the Product Finance Team. We are responsible for the development of tools supporting the work of the Trading area. Our new product is part of the accounting system, a subledger that will improve the work of the financial department (accounting and tax teams). The product manager will be responsible for owning the full roadmap, managing cross-team dependencies (engineering, data, design, accounting etc), and implementing a product development strategy to improve data quality, processing speed and improve the transparency and usability of the company's accounting system.

Who is the Product Manager at XTB?

• You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company.

• Key Responsibilities: Building a development strategy for the accounting system through close cooperation between the team and the accounting area; prioritizing the implementation of functionalities; finding a compromise between usability and system performance; analyzing data quality and data availability time using dedicated dashboards.

• The accuracy of data and processes is the most important thing for you - you look at processes, analyze how they can be automated and accelerated without compromising their quality.

• You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team.

• You are responsible for cooperation with internal stakeholders such as the finance department (accounting, tax), risk department, and trading: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on time.

• You are the owner of internal systems and solutions that influence the effective and efficient work of business teams in the company.

What We're Looking For:

• Core Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in product management, with hands-on experience in creating or scaling products, particularly for a finance department (accounting, taxes).

• Hands-on expertise in managing the entire product delivery lifecycle: 0→1 product development.

• Accounting domain knowledge will be a strong advantage.

• Demonstrated success in implementing internal systems for business teams.

• Proven ability to handle roadmap dependencies, and cross-functional leadership in fintech.

• Excellent communication with multiple technical and business teams and coordinating work between them.

• High independence, self-starter attitude.

• High level of ownership and responsibility for the implemented products.

• Previous experience in implementing ERP systems is a strong plus.
