How we work 👩‍💻👨‍💻

In the Product and Technology Department, we work fully remotely, whereas other departments operate in a hybrid mode - spending two days in the office and three days working remotely. For our team members, we regularly organise training sessions, social gatherings, and celebrations to foster connection and collaboration 🤝

XTB is headquartered in Poland 🇵🇱 and has offices in multiple countries, including the UK, Germany, Romania, Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Portugal, France, Dubai, and Chile.

What to expect from our recruitment process?

Our recruitment process usually consists of 3 stages and is fully conducted online.
It’s designed to help you get to know our company, culture, and teams, while allowing us to better understand your experience, skills, and both technical and soft competencies.

After each stage, you’ll receive clear feedback on what went well and what could be improved.
The process may vary slightly depending on the role, but you’ll receive all the details at the beginning so everything is clear, transparent, and easy to understand.

We review your experience and skills to see how they match the role. If your profile fits, we’ll invite you to the next stage.
HR Interview
This conversation is about getting to know each other. You’ll learn more about our team and culture, while we discuss your experience, soft skills, and motivation. If needed, we’ll also cover basic technical topics.

Technical Interview (for technical roles)
We focus on your technical skills and professional experience. We’ll talk through your past work, projects and competencies, and share more about our technology and challenges.
Team Fit Interview
This meeting allows you to meet your potential leader while gaining a deeper understanding of the team and your future responsibilities. We’ll discuss collaboration, role expectations, and how you would contribute within the team.
