Product Manager (Payments)

Who is the Product Manager at XTB?

• You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company.

• The customer is the most important thing for you - you look for confirmation of your intuition in research and monitor customer satisfaction.

• You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team.

• You are responsible for cooperation with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, and marketing: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on the market.

• You cooperate with the Team Lead of the development team.

• You are proficient in the world of metrics, justify your decisions with numbers and facts, and avoid “I think” statements.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years product management experience with 3+ years specifically in payments/fintech.

• Deep technical knowledge - Understanding of payment rails (bank transfers, card networks, alternative payment methods), settlement processes, cross-border payments, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven track record - Demonstrated success in improving payment approval rates and optimizing payment performance metrics.

• PSP/Acquirer collaboration experience - Direct experience negotiating with and managing relationships with payment service providers, acquirers, and banking partners.

• Data-driven approach - SQL proficiency for independent analysis, experience with payment KPIs and performance optimization.

• Self-starter mentality - Proactive in identifying opportunities, researching solutions, and driving initiatives without micromanagement.

• Modern workflow - Experience with AI tools for productivity optimization.
