Requirements

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Virality Programs. The role will focus on developing and scaling existing referral programs, adapting them to multiple markets, and promoting them among app users to increase engagement. Additionally, the Product Manager will be responsible for identifying new ideas and solutions for viral growth initiatives.


Who is the Product Manager at XTB?

  • You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company.

  • The customer is the most important thing for you - you look for confirmation of your intuition in research and monitor customer satisfaction.

  • You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team.

  • You are responsible for cooperation with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, and marketing: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on the market.

  • You cooperate with the Team Lead of the development team.

  • You are proficient in the world of metrics, justify your decisions with numbers and facts, and avoid “I think” statements.


Requirements

  • 5+ years product management experience.

  • Proven experience managing mobile app products from concept to launch, with strong understanding of mobile user behaviors and engagement strategies.

  • Highly goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on setting clear objectives, tracking progress, and delivering measurable impact through product initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with referral programs or virality-driven growth initiatives is a strong plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, data analysts, and QA specialists.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and translate insights into actionable product decision.

  • Strong experience in defining A/B test hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, and guiding cross-functional teams through execution to ensure tests align with product goals; ability to interpret results alongside data analysts to inform strategic product decisions and iterative improvements.

  • Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and foster a shared vision for virality and user growth goals.

  • Passion for creating seamless, engaging user experiences that encourage organic growth and referrals.

  • Proactive in identifying opportunities, researching solutions, and driving initiatives without micromanagement.
