Product Manager (Customer Care)

Who is the Product Manager at XTB?

• You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company.

• The customer is the most important thing for you - you look for confirmation of your intuition in research and monitor customer satisfaction.

• You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team.

• You are responsible for cooperation with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, and marketing: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on the market.

• You cooperate with the Team Lead of the development team.

• You are proficient in the world of metrics, justify your decisions with numbers and facts, and avoid “I think” statements.

What We're Looking For:

• Very good knowledge of issues related to regulated markets, especially guidelines such as GDPR and DORA

• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro

• Knowledge of database systems and the SQL query language

• Experience in product management (fintech experience is a plus),

• Understanding of new technology trends, e-commerce applications, SaaS, and mobile & web applications,

• Experience in creating business requirements, product requirements documentation, and driving their execution together with product teams,

• Ability to analyze data and an analytical mindset in product development,

• High independence and self-starter attitude,

• Experience working with a cross-functional team in an agile environment,

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

• Experience with distributed systems and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus

• Knowledge of any scripting language will be an additional advantage

• Experience (private or professional) in investing and financial markets is welcome.
