Responsibilities

• Administration, reconfiguration, and ensuring the operational continuity of Atlassian On-Premise environments: system upgrades, log verification, collaboration with the DevOps and Security teams as well as solution providers.

• Developing Atlassian Cloud environments and migrating existing solutions to the cloud.

• Participating in projects: building new processes and collaborating with multiple teams within our organization, developing current solutions, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Resolving support requests from our employees.

• Managing system permissions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator.

• Very good knowledge of Atlassian ecosystem tools in both On-Premise and Cloud versions.

• Very good knowledge of plugins including Script-Runner, TestFlo, Rich Filter, JMWE, Actions for Jira, and other add-ons.

• Ability to create automations and integrations using REST API.

• Ability to write scripts (Groovy, Python, etc.).

• Polish proficiency at a minimum C1 level.

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Project approach.

• Ability to think analytically and logically.

• Independence.

• Proactive reporting of changes.

• Focus on cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
