We are looking for a new team member to join us as an RPA / AI Developer and support our client – Yarado, a Dutch company specializing in business process automation. Yarado’s flagship platform – Yarado Work Automation –Yarado | Automation to supercharge your growth. combines RPA, AI, and API technologies to supercharge business growth through the automation of repetitive tasks.

Your responsibilities:

✅ Participating in the full RPA solution lifecycle – from the initial intake call with the client, through needs analysis and flow design, to implementation, support, and optimization of the final solution.

✅Working directly with the client – attending intake meetings, understanding business needs, and actively proposing and presenting solutions in the form of clear automation flows and concepts tailored to the technical level of the audience.

✅Designing, building, and testing automation solutions on the Yarado platform, using AI tools – this will be your primary area of focus.

✅Creating scripts and tools to streamline repetitive business processes with the help of AI.

✅Optimizing and maintaining automated processes in the production environment.

✅Creating and updating documentation with the support of AI tools.

✅Closely collaborating with the project team and responding quickly to evolving business requirements.

What we expect:

🔎Experience in business process automation.

🔎Confidence in client communication – ability to listen, ask the right questions, and propose flexible, tailored solutions.

🔎Passion for new technologies and a strong desire for continuous learning, especially in the AI space.

🔎Logical and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics.

🔎Ability to break down procedures into smaller steps and build comprehensive, functional workflows.

🔎Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken).

🔎Good understanding of web and desktop systems/applications.

🔎Experience working with data formats such as CSV and JSON.

🔎Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and XPath.

🔎Availability for occasional weekend on-call shifts (every 2–3 months).
