    Join  Xelerit as a Junior Product Manager for our client MONTR


    We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual at the beginning of their career to join us as a Junior Product Owner. In this role, you will be a key link between the development team, other team members, and customers. You will work closely with the CEO of MONTR, who currently also serves as the Product Manager.


    This position was created to support the CEO in daily product management tasks, focusing on bridging the gap between business goals and development needs.

    Your role will be crucial in preparing detailed input for development teams, creating onboarding materials and documentation for clients, and ensuring that the product vision is clearly communicated and executed.

    What we are looking:


    🔎Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).

    🔎Fluent English (spoken and written min. C1) for daily communication in an international environment.

    🔎Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

    🔎Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.

    🔎Strong organizational and communication skills.

    🔎Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    🔎Ability to create clear documentation and onboarding materials.

    🔎Basic understanding of software development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).

    🔎Familiarity with UX/UI design processes.

    🔎Knowledge of product management best practices.

    🔎Experience working with remote and distributed teams.


    Key Responsibilities:


    ✅Collaborate with the CEO to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements and product development ideas.

    ✅Prepare clear and structured requirements for development teams.

    Organize, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in line with the CEO’s vision and business priorities.

    Create and update product documentation, onboarding materials, FAQs, and process descriptions.

    Communicate daily with development teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and help remove blockers.

    ✅Participate in product planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

    ✅Ensure UX/UI design and technical implementation align with product goals and user needs.

    Monitor product development progress and report status and key metrics to the CEO.

    ✅Proactively identify risks or misalignments and help resolve them early.


    Daily Duties:


    Review and prepare tasks for the development team.

    Create and update documentation, onboarding materials, and product guides.

    ✅Participate in meetings with the development team.

    Monitor progress, identify blockers, clarify requirements as needed.

    Keep the product backlog up to date and well-organized.

    Review and test solutions delivered by developers to ensure they meet business requirements and are ready for production.
