About the Project
Currently we are looking for IT Asset Manager who will join project from logistics industry. You will play a key role in supporting M&A projects from an Application Portfolio Management (APM) perspective. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work across various teams to ensure seamless IT integration during mergers and acquisitions.
Work Mode: at first hybrid mode from Warsaw office (Mokotów), later on possibility of remote work
Duration of the project: 8 months (with possibility of extension)
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing the application selection process as part of M&A integrations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to assess and evaluate applications from acquired companies
Managing the M&A application repository in ServiceNow, ensuring data quality and overseeing Configuration Item (CI) development, including gathering business requirements
Facilitating the IT demand management process for new applications, guiding the intake workflow from initial idea to full implementation
Expectations
Min. 3 years of experience on a similar position
Fluent English (minimum B2 level) – both spoken and written
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
Experience in IT Asset Management or related fields
Nice to have: previous experience in a large organization, familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, SAP LeanIX; ITIL certification; experience in M&A activities (e.g., application consolidation)
