About role

The person working in this position is responsible for organizing a project team, securing the development process, managing and challenging clients’ expectations and needs, bringing business value, as well as adapting, understanding and helping developers and clients

A few words about the team

The Project Managers' team is a crucial driving force behind the success of technological projects. We coordinate actions, manage resources, and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and management, we enable effective communication and collaboration.

Your tasks

1. Representing the company and presenting its solutions during meetings with clients
2. Preparing project contracts, technical specifications, and sales presentations to ensure project clarity
3. Analyzing customer needs and collaborating with the development department for tailored solutions that meet project objectives
4. Coordinating and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery within time, scope and budget
5. Leading the team within a project and maintaining a supportive work environment
6. Communicating with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and building strong and long-lasting relationships
7. Taking initiative to overcome challenges and actively seek opportunities to optimize project outcomes
8. Monitoring project budgets, cost estimation, allocating resources, and overseeing client reporting and invoicing
9. Collaborating with sales, design, marketing, and development departments

Skills:

Must have:

1. Fluent English in speech and writing (C1 level at minimum). You will have constant contact with foreign clients
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
3. Experience in successfully implementing long-term projects
4. Knowledge of Agile methodology
5. Prior scoping experience
6. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
7. Demonstrated independence and initiative
8. Getting satisfaction from working with clients
9. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and display high commitment
10. Proactive attitude and willingness to develop and gain new experiences

Nice to have:

1. Experience as a Product Owner
2. Previous work experience in the gambling/betting industry
3. Previous experience as a BA
4. PSM I or AgilePM
