Job Responsibilities

• Define and own the engagement product domain, shaping the engagement strategy.
• Drive product growth to improve player retention and engagement within the rewarded gaming ecosystem.
• Develop and execute LiveOps strategies for the platform.
• Apply behavioural science, gamification, and product design principles to foster player habit formation, healthy usage, and long-term player value.
• Optimize retention and engagement metrics while boosting LTV.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to refine engagement strategies, leveraging data to improve product features.
• Continuously monitor performance and identify areas for product and process improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to align events with campaigns, enhancing player experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience driving product retention and engagement, ideally in mobile games, loyalty platforms, or B2C apps.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for designing effective engagement strategies.
• Solid project management abilities and proficiency in English for cross-team collaboration.
