Scrum Master with experience in building software

We are looking for a Scrum Master to work with our client - a global technology leader specializing in Model Risk Management solutions for financial institutions. Their innovative SaaS platform enables organizations to effectively manage, test, and document their models at scale, ensuring complete reproducibility and audit readiness. Join us and work with our client's European team.

Your main responsibilities for this position will be:

• Exhibit Lean-Agile Leadership (helping the team embrace Scrum and SAFe practices). 
• Facilitate team events: Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Review, and Retrospective.
• Partner with the Product Owner to support short and long-term release and PI planning and manage interdependencies.
• Assists the team in preparation for ART activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspection and Adapt.
• Guide the team in establishing normalized estimates, hitting commitments and becoming predictable.
• Aggregate scrum team objectives and progress to ensure visibility and transparency in our tools.

This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:

• 4+ years of Scrum Master and/or Software Engineering experience.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent training.
• Experience in building software - MUST HAVE.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Availability to start ASAP!
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

It would be nice if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Practice in working with financial institutions.
• Working with model risk management, and model development/ model validation is a plus.
