👉Software Engineer (Data Science)

🟣You will be:

• developing backend services and applications using Kotlin or Java,

• processing large data volumes using Scala and BigQuery,

• designing and maintaining data pipelines using Apache Airflow in the Cloud Composer (GCP) environment,

• working with Google Cloud Platform services to build scalable and reliable data infrastructure,

• preparing and transforming datasets for machine learning processes,

• supporting the development and training of AI/ML models, including experimentation and A/B testing,

• performing exploratory data analysis and creating visualizations to support business insights and decision-making,

• collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven applications and AI-enabled solutions.

🟣 Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, preferably in backend or data-focused systems,

• strong knowledge of Kotlin or Java for backend development,

• good knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets,

• experience building data pipelines or data processing workflows,

• experience working with cloud platforms (preferably GCP),

• basic experience working with data analysis or machine learning workflows,

• strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams,

• very good command of English (spoken and written),

• openness to occasional on-site team meetings (up to once per quarter) in our Poznań or Warsaw office.

🟣 Nice to have:

• experience with Scala, Spark, or other big data processing tools,

• experience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools,

• familiarity with ML platforms such as Vertex AI,

• experience with React or data visualization tools.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
