🟣You will be:
designing and developing bidding and optimization strategies for CPC-based auction systems, including advanced objectives such as target ROAS,
optimizing auction mechanisms (ranking, pricing, filtering) to balance platform revenue, advertiser value, and marketplace stability,
building and maintaining offline simulation environments, including counterfactual simulations and auction replay systems, to safely evaluate algorithmic changes,
designing and implementing feedback loops and control mechanisms to ensure stable and robust system behavior under dynamic market conditions,
conducting advanced ecosystem-level analytics on large-scale datasets to identify nonlinear effects, equilibrium points, and systemic risks,
designing, executing, and analyzing complex experiments and causal inference studies, accounting for network effects and long-term system impact,
contributing to the evolution toward smart, autonomous bidding and auction optimization through data-driven initiatives and roadmap development.
🟣 Your profile:
proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working on large-scale datasets, data analysis, statistical modeling, and algorithm prototyping,
experience working with Big Data environments or distributed data processing systems,
strong quantitative background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Optimization, Decision Science, or Operations Research,
solid understanding of optimization theory, including linear, nonlinear, constrained, and stochastic optimization,
knowledge of game theory and market mechanisms, particularly in competitive or auction-based environments,
experience designing and implementing algorithms under multiple objectives and constraints, considering ecosystem-wide impact,
strong analytical and system-level thinking, with the ability to reason about feedback loops, system dynamics, and equilibrium behavior and translate business goals into quantitative solutions,
ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams and very good command of English (spoken and written).
🟣 Nice to have:
experience with auction systems, bidding strategies, or advertising technology,
familiarity with control theory concepts, such as PID controllers or similar feedback mechanisms,
exposure to causal inference, experimentation platforms, or advanced A/B testing setups,
background in economics, mechanism design, marketplace optimization, or experience working with large-scale decision systems.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
